Notice of the NMPA on the Release of the Catalogue of In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents Exempted from Clinical Trials (2025) (No. 23 of 2025)

In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Registration and Filing of In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents" (Order No. 48 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), the NMPA has organized the revision of the "Catalogue of In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents Exempted from Clinical Trials" (Announcement No. 70 of the NMPA in 2021), forming the "Catalogue of In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents Exempted from Clinical Trials (2025)", which is hereby announced. And it shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
